Athletic Programs

1-on-1 Training is highly individualized, one of our coaches works exclusively with one athlete, tailoring every session to their specific goals, strengths, and weaknesses. It offers the most focused attention and personalized feedback for optimizing performance.

Small Group Training involves a small group (typically 2-6 athletes) training together, allowing for some personalized attention but in a more social, collaborative setting. Our coaches adapt the program to the group’s general needs, making it more affordable than 1-on-1 training while still offering a higher level of focus compared to large group sessions.

Team Lifts involve a larger group, typically an entire sports team, working out together under the guidance of one or multiple of our coaches. This setting is more structured around team goals, such as improving overall fitness, strength, or coordination, with less individualized attention. The focus is on group cohesion, team-building, and training exercises that benefit all athletes, though less tailored to each person’s specific needs.

Key Differences:

1-on-1 Training: Highly personalized, focused on individual needs.

Small Group Training: Semi-personalized, offers a balance between individual attention and group dynamics.

Team Lift: Generalized, focused on team objectives with less personal attention.
