Nick Waring, General Manager, Head Coach
Nick graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and went on to get his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification. He has spent numerous hours coaching middle school kids to elite college and professional athletes to active and aging seniors and everything in between. Nick has trained athletes for Football, Soccer, Field Hockey, Volleyball, Mountain Biking, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Track and Field, and Golf.
Nick's passion is helping people unlock their true potential through movement, nutrition, and mindset training. Nick has helped people of all ages and abilities achieve many different goals with this style of training.
Ryan Waring, Head Coach
Ryan graduated from New England College with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and is currently working toward his Master’s degree in Exercise Science at Colby-Sawyer College, where he is set to graduate in 2026. He is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.
Ryan has worked with a wide range of individuals—from youth athletes to older adults—helping each person move better, gain strength, and build confidence in and out of the gym.
Ryan’s passion is helping people live healthier, more capable lives by pushing past comfort zones and reaching goals they never thought possible. He believes in building a strong foundation through proper movement, consistency, and mindset. Whether someone is stepping into the gym for the first time or training for competition, Ryan is committed to meeting them where they’re at and helping them grow every step of the way. His coaching style blends structure, encouragement, and accountability to create lasting progress both physically and mentally.
